The Grand Hyatt development, commissioned by the Tourism Investment Company, is a luxurious resort complex comprising a 250-suite hotel and fully serviced five-star holiday villas. Located along the Arabian Gulf, the innovative cluster layout concept maximises the view of the beach from each villa, while retaining privacy.
