 | Clive Weeks – Chairman
Clive is a civil engineer with over 37 years’ experience in large infrastructure projects and has been a Director since 1992. He was previously GHD’s Chief Executive Officer and earlier managed the Victorian and Northern Territory operations. As Chairman, Clive is responsible for managing key Professional Indemnity matters, shareholder interests, and leading and reporting on the performance of the Board. |

 | Des Whybird – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Des was appointed to the Board in 1999 and has over 31 years’ experience in design and management of transportation and water infrastructure projects as well as buildings and tourism developments. As CEO, Des is committed to the implementation of GHD’s Strategy – Realising Opportunities, with particular emphasis on our programs for the GHD Business School, GHD Safe, Innovation and Sustainability, focusing on Clients, People and Performance. |

 | Michael Polin – General Manager, Development
Michael was appointed to the Board in 1996. He has nearly 37 years’ experience in the planning, design and development of major civil infrastructure in Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines. In his current role Michael is responsible for overseeing the company’s growth into new regions including China, Europe and the USA. |

 | Ian Shepherd – General Manager, Australia
Ian has nearly 32 years’ experience in engineering and project management. He is the former Perth Operating Centre Manager and today leads GHD’s Australian and Middle East operations. Ian was appointed to the Board in 1999 and played a critical role in the development of GHD’s Strategy – Realising Opportunities. |

 | Russell Board – General Manager, South East Asia and New Zealand/Pacific
Russell has 30 years’ experience in planning, design, and construction of major infrastructure projects. He has previously managed GHD’s Northern Territory and North Queensland practices, and more recently GHD’s practice in New Zealand. Today, Russell is responsible for leading the company’s operations in South East Asia and New Zealand/ Pacific. |

 | Pat O’Dwyer – General Manager, Major Projects and Risk
Pat was appointed to the Board in 2005, and is GHD’s General Manager, Major Projects and Risk. A Metallurgical Engineer and Harvard School of Business graduate, Pat has over 36 years’ experience in mining operations and project management, particularly in the Mining, Oil and Gas sectors. Pat is currently responsible for knowledge leverage improvements associated with 60+ Service Lines together with risk and safety management throughout GHD. Pat is currently responsible for the continuous improvement of GHD's capability in major projects, risk and safety management throughout GHD. |

 | Nick Apostolidis – Business Stream Leader, Water
Nick leads GHD’s Water Business Stream. He has nearly 31 years’ experience in the industry and a thorough understanding of international trends in water and wastewater management. He has access to many key decision makers in government and industry, and has helped to position GHD as the foremost provider of water consulting services in Australasia and beyond. |

 | Tom Pinzone – Business Stream Leader, Transportation and Logistics
Appointed to the Board in 2002, Tom has over 34 years’ experience in the management, planning, investigation, design and implementation of infrastructure projects, and is GHD’s Transportation and Logistics Business Stream Leader. He led the research team for the 2001 Australian Infrastructure Report Card and for several state Infrastructure Report Cards. More recently, Tom spent a year in York, helping to establish GHD’s operations in the United Kingdom. |

 | Peter Wood – General Manager, China
Peter was appointed to the Board in 2002 and is Chairman of GHD’s Strategy Committee. He has spent 35 years specialising in geological and hydrogeological projects, with particular experience in geotechnical risk assessment and management. Peter has experience in a number of Asian countries and has been instrumental in establishing GHD in China. He is an outcomes-oriented professional who seeks to achieve results through motivation and empowerment of our people. |

 | Richard Holliday – General Manager, Finance
A Chartered Accountant with over 29 years’ experience, Richard is the General Manager, Finance and Administration. Prior to joining GHD in 1999 Richard held senior positions with one of the world’s leading accounting partnerships, and in engineering contractor groups that operated in the Energy, Construction, Property and Mining sectors. His professional experience includes mergers and acquisitions, management information systems, corporate finance and taxation. |

 | David Ryan – General Manager, Middle East and Services
David was appointed to the Board in 2006 and manages GHD’s Middle East Operating Centre. A civil engineer with 34 years’ experience in project, design and general management, David transferred from Melbourne to Doha in 2005. He has overseen strong growth in the Middle East operations, including GHD’s successful involvement in several landmark projects, such as the Al Ain University, the Khalifa Stadium and The Palms. |

 | Derek Crombie – Office Manager, Christchurch
GHD’s Christchurch Office Manager, Derek has over 36 years’ experience as a civil engineer and project manager, and brings a keen focus on managing client relationships and generating new business growth to the Board. Derek has extensive experience in South East Asia and broad knowledge of business operations in the USA, and is a Director of City Care Limited (Christchurch) and a Trustee of the Central Plains Water Trust. |
