• Our Project Controls are achieved with:
  SureTrak, Primavera, MS Project or inhouse software for project scheduling and controls, depending on the project size and complexity. We also use Cost Control packages to monitor and control project budgets. Estimating personnel produce capital cost estimates for capital fund approval, project execution plans, quality plans, safety management plans, construction and commissioning work packs and design data manuals for the oil and gas industry. Cost, schedule and progress reports are prepared on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, depending on the client's requirements.

• Our Process Engineering teams undertake design basis memorandums, hazardous area classification, process investigations, debottlenecking, trouble-shooting, risk analyses, HAZOP and Hazan investigation. Options analysis and process calculations are also prepared throughout the course of a project. We have qualified HAZOP leaders and use a range of process simulation software, particularly Hysys software.

• Our Mechanical Engineering/ Piping Engineering teams undertake specification, evaluation, requisitioning and commissioning of piping and reciprocating and centrifugal rotating equipment, piping analysis using CAESAR II and Autopipe piping stress program, piping design and layout.

• Our Pipeline Engineering teams conduct general reviews of energy market advice, development of project estimates, conceptual design, detailed pipeline design, including hydraulic modelling studies and process simulation, risk assessments to AS2885, and construction plans.

• Our Instrument and Control Engineering specialists undertake hazardous area classification, electrical equipment compliances, telemetry and SCADA systems, communications networking, SIL determination and design, solar power systems, specification of instruments, and the commissioning of field and plant instrumentation.

• Our Technical Safety Engineering teams undertake SIL, HAZOP, HAZAN, CHAZOP safety cases, pipeline risk assessments, constructability reviews and project audits are regularly performed by in-house teams.
